- Customers may request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase/service booking.
- Cancellations must be sent via email to info@iactiveservices.com.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the specified time frame.
- No refunds for services already rendered.
- Processing Time
